1. About size
The above mixed codes are generally more in the middle and less at both ends, and the whole mixed code of 32 pairs is also more in the middle and less at both ends. The cotton-soled shoes in our store are defaulted to be one to two sizes smaller. We suggest that customers with high arch feet should order two to three sizes larger. We suggest that customers who wholesale should choose mixed colors and codes. Some customers who wholesale also choose the size, and I will try my best to meet the requirements of everyone. Sometimes, some styles cannot be chosen. Please understand, if you really need to meet the requirements of the size, please consult the customer service.
2. About Smell
All shoes have a smell when they are first produced. Placing them in an open space to air out and dry for a while will remove the smell. A smell in the shoes does not constitute a quality issue and is not a reason for a return or exchange!

3. About Shipping
After placing an order and making payment, the goods will be arranged for shipment within three days. The shipping time is from 5 PM to 7 PM. In case of special circumstances (such as high volume of shipments on the same day, insufficient supplies from the manufacturer, etc.), the store will contact you through Alipay. All goods are shipped mixed colors and mixed sizes. If you have any other requirements, please contact the customer service. 4. About Color Difference

5. About freight charges

6. Regarding the return or exchange of goods halfway through the process
