Performance Features:

This product has a fast curing speed at room temperature; it has high adhesive strength; good toughness, and room temperature shear strength of aluminum test pieces. It also has good performance in resistance to oil, water, and general chemical substances; it is convenient to use; it is particularly suitable for emergency patching on construction sites and is also a necessary and commonly used patching glue for home use.

Usage: This product has good adhesion performance on metal materials such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, and non-metallic materials such as glass, ceramics, electric wood, wood, cement parts, leather, etc. It is suitable for the rapid bonding and repair of various mechanical and electrical instrument parts at a working temperature of less than 120 degrees. In addition, by using glass cloth, canvas, cotton cloth, metal sheets, etc., or combined with riveting, spot welding, mechanical reinforcement, etc., it can also be used for the repair of parts with large forces and complex shapes.

Instructions: Clean the adhesive surface with alcohol or acetone. If the surface is metal, sand it to create a rough surface. Pour the plastic tube adhesive and the glass tube curing agent into a clean vessel and mix well. Apply the adhesive and let it stand at room temperature for 3 to 5 hours or heat it to 60 degrees for 1 hour, then proceed with the task.

Note: The adhesive contains fillers, which may cause settling. After squeezing, mix well to use, which will not affect the quality of bonding.
