For any goods purchased from our company, if there are any quality issues or if there is a shortage, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you in time and give you a satisfactory reply.

1. Within 20 hours of receipt (as of the date of the shipping receipt), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.

2. If the customer specifies a product color or style, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we may not be able to meet 100% of their requirements. If the color and style do not meet the customer's expectations, we will not offer exchanges or returns (the customer may specify that if the goods cannot be ordered as requested, they can be treated as out of stock). The images are rendered colors, and there may be color differences due to personal monitor issues. Please order based on the actual product, and self-shot situations will not be exchanged or returned. Please be careful when shooting!

3. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales performance as a reason, and the product does not have any quality issues, we will not provide a refund or exchange.

4. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a stamped proof and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

5. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time; (The freight for exchange of goods is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to exchange and supplement the next order)

6. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product has been tampered with or is false, we will not assume any responsibility for exchanges or returns.

7. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. After receiving the goods, our company will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual product costs according to the courier list. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return; thank you for your cooperation, and let's start with communication from the heart!!!
