1. The bag is made of soft material, and during the transportation process, it is squeezed by heavy objects and must be rolled up for packaging due to the uniqueness of the items. If wrinkles occur, they do not affect the heat shrink packaging (which is demonstrated in the video).

2. The bag is not a precision instrument product, and an error of ±0.2cm in length and width is also a normal phenomenon. It does not affect the packaging as long as the right size is selected!

3. Since the bags are mass-produced by machines, there may occasionally be imperfect products. If you happen to receive one, please let our customer service know in time, and we will provide you with a satisfactory response. This is not intentional, and we appreciate your understanding!

4. Due to the rapid production speed of the machine, the bag-making craftsmen handle the bags at different speeds, and although we mark each piece as containing 100 pieces, there may be an error of +/- 1~2 pieces. If the number is less than 100, it is not due to any shortcutting on our part. You can feed back to our customer service, and we can send a replacement, make up the difference, or send them together in the next order.
