1. Minimum Order Quantity

The quantity of each toy ordered must be based on the minimum order quantity indicated on the website! Generally, products are ordered in full cases, and the price is the factory price. Sample Fee

Whether it is a retail, wholesale, or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you really need one, we will charge three times the wholesale price, and after the order amount reaches 10,000, we will return the difference in sample cost.

III. Product Pricing

The pricing of our products has been reported based on the factory's advantageous wholesale price. Generally, the station's price is the main one. Payment Method:

We will ship the goods on the same day or the next day after receiving the payment, and if there are too many orders, we will try to arrange them within three days. 5. Shipping Time

After the customer pays for the order and the order is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately and generally ship within 1-3 days. 3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there may be some minor damage in normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Damage to toys during transportation may occur from time to time, and we do not assume the risk of the transportation party. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with normal handling fees of 3%-5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.

7. After-sales Service
