The working principle of the integrated environmental protection and energy-saving boiler with gas
1. Fuel burns in the furnace, and different types of fuel produce different types of exhaust gases. Common boilers discharge these exhaust gases directly into the atmosphere. The gases contain pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate carbon, carbon monoxide, and volatile hydrocarbons, which pollute the atmosphere. However, these pollutants are also a good source of combustion energy. This furnace does not allow these substances and gases to be discharged directly into the atmosphere, but recycles them to form new fuels and then sends them back into the furnace. 2. The integrated environmental protection boiler for gas uses a two-in-one structure of a gasifier and a boiler, using raw coal as fuel. By changing the furnace structure, clean combustion of coal is achieved. It divides the furnace space into a combustion chamber, a gasification chamber, and a burning chamber, and fuel combustion is carried out in stages in each chamber. First, coal enters the combustion chamber, and the gas produced in the combustion chamber (volatile matter and some CO, etc.) enters the gasification chamber, thus realizing the continuous conversion of coal-gasification-(semi-coking coal)-combustion-heat exchange. Volatile matter and CO produced by reduction in the combustion chamber are completely burned in the gasification chamber and burning chamber, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, eliminating the phenomenon of black smoke from the boiler, and meeting the national environmental protection requirements for emissions.
