About quality issues and returns and exchanges

1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt of the shipment is the standard), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must be kept in its original, intact packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box). For returns of more than five kilograms, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company. Please return products weighing 5-10 kilograms using ordinary logistics, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. We kindly decline to use expensive logistics services such as DEPPON, JAS, TINDC, and HUAYU, and if there are violations, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Before returning the product, please communicate with the after-sales customer service. Please cooperate in filling out the after-sales service form to ensure that your return can be handled in a timely manner.

3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.

4. For damaged goods in transportation, we consider it very troublesome for customers to directly seek compensation from the logistics company, so our company will assume full responsibility, but this must be raised within 3 days after receipt and registered in the after-sales service form within 3 days. If no claim is made for damaged goods in transportation within 3 days after receipt, it will be deemed that the goods are received in good condition.

5. For the situation where non-company-sold goods are sent to our company, we reserve the right not to process all returns and exchanges for this time, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The goods will be directly returned to the customer.

The following conditions do not allow for exchanges or returns:

A returned product with damaged packaging or incomplete, missing accessories or documentation.

Unauthorized repair or modification.

Seasonal products that are past their expiration date are non-refundable (e.g., fans in summer and warm patches in winter).

7. After-sales service is the most basic service of our company, and we are willing to provide good after-sales service for everyone. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods, and try to handle it in accordance with the above regulations of the company to avoid affecting your after-sales service.

8. For products with damage or quality issues, if the weight does not reach five kilograms, and if the customer wishes to return, the shipping costs will be at their own expense.

If a customer needs to return or exchange an item, please contact our after-sales customer service first. Only after the after-sales team confirms can the return or exchange be processed.

About the return and exchange of unsold goods

2. Returned goods must be in perfect packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box) to ensure that the packaging has not been opened, has not been used, and does not affect resale (otherwise, we will not exchange or refund).

3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match, we will not bear the shipping costs.

4. Due to the long time for return and exchange services provided by us, we regret that we are unable to offer a return or exchange for products that have been discontinued by our company.

5. If there are no quality issues with the returned goods, we will refund at 80% discount. If the goods received by us are severely damaged, we will provide product images to the customer. The degree of use of the received products will be discussed with the after-sales service to handle the situation. The payment will be returned to you through Alipay or to the prepaid deposit.

Due to the freight differences for regions including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, if a customer needs to return or exchange an item, please contact our after-sales customer service first for assistance. Both parties can then negotiate a solution.
