General Terms of After-sales Service
1: Product Quality Issues: Most of our products are tested and approved before they are placed in the warehouse. When we ship them again, we will conduct a random inspection to ensure that the appearance and packaging are intact before shipping. We strive to minimize the return rate of our products, but please understand that electronic products cannot be guaranteed to be problem-free, let alone other products. Therefore, it is normal for there to be some individual returns.
2: Product Return: If a product has quality issues and is not due to misuse, the buyer can return the defective products in bulk once they reach a certain quantity, and then exchange them for new products. The new products can be sent back with the next order. (This business does not assume the return shipping costs for product returns; the customer is responsible for paying these costs.)
3: Return and Exchange Issues:
(1) Different products have their own warranty periods. If any quality issues arise within the warranty period, and it is not due to human damage, the product can be replaced with a new one (subject to the degree of appearance damage).
(2) If a product with mixed batches suffers from serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our business staff within 7 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the time exceeds the stipulated period, the return will not be allowed. (The premise of a return is that the product's appearance and packaging must remain intact and clean, without any signs of damage or wear.)
(3) If the product itself has no quality issues, it is caused by human damage, the packaging is damaged, or it is beyond the warranty period, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please pack the returned products carefully to protect them from damage during transportation. Each product returned should be marked with a one-yuan box fee and a note indicating the quality issue, along with your name, contact number, and shipping order number.
