2% of broken glass products is normal. If the quantity of damage is large, you can count the number and send photos of the damaged items together within 24 hours to customer service for confirmation. If the logistics packaging is severely damaged, please do not accept it. Contact us in time, and we will negotiate with you to resolve the replacement in time. Any problem needs to be communicated to solve. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us, and we will give you a satisfactory answer.

All glass products are fragile, and we do not guarantee against breakage when wholesale. Generally, we recommend that customers use wooden crates, which cost 15 yuan each. If the wooden crate breaks, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods and send us photos of the damage. We will refund the broken items based on the actual situation.
