1. The method of determining the size of aluminum foil gaskets:

Ask the place where you bought the bottle, they usually know;
Measure the inner diameter of the bottle cap without the thread inside.
If there are gaskets in your bottle caps, just measure the size of those gaskets!
Measure the outside diameter of the bottle mouth, do not include the thread.
In other words, it's best if the aluminum foil piece fits the bottle cap without any gaps!

2. Method for determining the material of the bottle:

The bottom of a bottle usually has letters such as 'PE' or 'PET' written on it; generally, PE bottles are opaque plastic, while PET bottles are transparent plastic bottles!
