Please read the following terms carefully, they will take effect from the time of the order.

One·About Logistics

1. Express delivery: available options include ZTO Express, STO Express, Yunda Express, and China Post. You can also choose to pay for the delivery by SF Express. For large items, we offer ANEN Express and YouSou Express.

2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally collected upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can help you choose a more suitable one.


About the shipment

1. Customer orders: Orders placed before 17:00 daily are generally shipped the same day.

During periods of staff shortages on weekends or holidays, the shipping cycle may be delayed. Please understand.

Wholesale customers: Orders placed will be arranged for shipment within 1-2 working days if the quantity is available in the warehouse.

Large quantities will be scheduled for delivery at a later arrangement.


Three·About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed or damaged, the packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods!

If there is a shortage or damage, do not remove the goods immediately. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate; otherwise, signing the receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.


Four: About Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return for quality issues: Once the product is sold, except for quality issues, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges: All products sold by us are inspected by the shipping packaging to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 95%-98% of the products arrived will be free from quality issues. If the sold products are found to have problems that affect sales, you can contact customer service to negotiate the handling.

3. Damage during transportation: Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to inspect. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not. Therefore, it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please ensure that you inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage of 5% is considered normal within the range. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage.


Five. About the issue of commission-based distribution.

1. If you apply for a return due to quality issues, ensure that the product is returned in perfect condition with its original packaging. Additionally, the shipping fee we paid will be deducted.

2. If there are any quality issues, such as product damage or inability to use normally due to human error, the return and exchange costs will be borne by the buyer. If the product itself has problems upon receipt, or if missing accessories or replacement parts can solve the problem, or if the return is processed, the costs will be borne by us.

3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product and is unable to handle after-sales issues effectively, and the product sent back for testing turns out to be free of defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the distributor.

4. All returned goods must be registered with customer service before applying for a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!!!
