1. Could you tell me how the shipping cost is calculated in your store?
Answer: Due to the special nature of the products sold by this store, orders are typically large in quantity, and each item has a different weight. Therefore, the shipping cost must be calculated based on the actual weight of the order and regional shipping rates. The default shipping rate is for express delivery; if you choose express shipping, you can directly place the order and pay. If you need to send the items via logistics, please contact our customer service online to request a modification of the shipping fee. Usually, logistics shipping is paid upon delivery (i.e., the buyer pays the logistics company when picking up the goods).
2. I am from “ΧΧ County”. The hangers are in large quantities and heavy, so shipping them via courier is not cost-effective. Could you arrange for them to be shipped through logistics services?
Answer: Yes. It is recommended that items weighing over 100 kilograms (typically around 2000 hooks for children’s hangers) be shipped via logistics service, with pickup by the customer. The logistics can deliver to city or county-level cities. The shipping cost is much lower than courier services; please consult customer service for the specific pricing details.
3. What shipping services does your store offer?
Answer: There are regular couriers such as Zhongtong, Yuantong Express, Yousu Express, etc., and regular freight logistics services (for shipping in the freight market, picking up goods in person, recommended for wholesale customers).
4. What if the hangers purchased from your store are damaged due to logistics or delivery services and become unusable?
Answer: Given the characteristics of the products, it is not practical to check each item individually upon receipt. Therefore, our store has established a special green channel. All products purchased at our store can be received directly without inspection. After receipt, any after-sales issues will not affect the compensation; if there is any breakage or crushing, a claim for compensation can be made using the photo.
