1. Wholesale Instructions
1. Product wholesale: Orders starting from 500 yuan are eligible for bulk purchase, while subsequent restocks start at 300 yuan; an additional 10 yuan operational cost will be charged for orders that do not meet the bulk purchase threshold.
2. All 7-day return-free products are subject to only one tiered pricing (excluding products with order delivery).
2. Transaction Process
1. Customers select products, place orders, and make payments (if you have any questions about product information or other matters, please contact customer service).
2. After receiving the payment, the goods will be prepared according to the customer's requirements (if any product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to inquire about changing the style, color, or requesting a refund for a single product).
3. The goods will be checked and sealed, and shipped in about 2 days according to the customer’s selected method; if there are holidays, events, or similar circumstances, the shipping date will be postponed by approximately 3 days.
4. After shipment, we will send a message via SMS or Alipay Wangwang to the customer and provide the shipping reference number.
3. Shipping Instructions
All product prices do not include shipping fees, delivery costs, or taxes (these three items must be paid by the customer). Customers may choose either logistics or express delivery methods for shipment.
4. After-sales Service
1. If there are quality issues with the product and a warranty card is available, follow the terms specified on the warranty card for warranty service.
2. All attached product photos are taken on real items. Due to differences in lighting and monitors, color variations may occur compared to the actual products. Such issues are not considered quality problems; the colors shall be based on the actual items received. For some products, due to upgrades or improved quality, the product information may not be updated promptly; no further notice will be given.Subject to the actual items received.
3. All product prices are based on the settlement price of the day; product prices will be adjusted downward due to rising raw materials costs, without prior notice.
4. If the goods are not received 10 days after payment, please call for inquiry to avoid any issues.
5. If any questions arise after the customer receives the product, please contact the customer service agent from whom you purchased the item to resolve the after-sales issue.
5. Returns Instructions
1. Please check the documents and goods immediately after receiving the items from the customer. If any issues arise, contact customer service for assistance. If there are no objections 3 days after delivery, the transaction is considered complete. Returns due to quality problems will not be accepted. If you wish to return or exchange items due to damage or quality issues during transportation, please contact customer service.
2. Please do not return products that are not from this company.
