Sample Description:

1. Only when there is a clear and specific intention to order (including product model, quantity, and printing requirements) can our company provide samples.

2. For all sample requests to our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, a deposit for the sample is required.

3. After the formal contract is signed, the sample deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the ordered products or will be directly refunded to you.

4. After our company receives the relevant payment, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.

5. The courier fees for sending samples are borne by the buyer, and the courier company will collect them on the spot when delivering the goods.

 Customization Instructions:

1. About the prototype:

The product samples must be produced and made only after the formal contract is signed and the deposit is paid, and the sample fee will be charged accordingly. After the formal order is placed and the quantity reaches a certain amount, the sample fee will be refunded. The time spent on the sample does not count within the production period.

We usually have stock for wholesale and supermarket orders, and we can ship the goods on the same day after receiving the payment.  Five, about packaging:

The products you ordered are household goods, which are mostly packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The individual products are usually packaged in OPP bags. The logistics charge is based on the volume of the packaging, as the products are relatively light, so the volume is the standard for calculation. For specific charges, our company can help you inquire about the logistics transportation costs.

 Section 6: Transportation

1)、 Logistics is generally paid upon receipt. If you need us to collect, please contact customer service to ask for the address to check the actual freight.

2) When the goods arrive, it is generally necessary for the buyer to go to the local freight point to pick up the goods themselves. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee. For details, please contact the seller for consultation.

Section 7: About Receiving?

All products are carefully counted both manually and by machine before shipment to ensure the correct quantity is sent out. However, it is still sometimes encountered that the quantity decreases or is damaged during transportation. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon receiving the goods. If the packaging is incomplete, please count the goods in person before signing for them. If any shortage is found, please immediately inquire with the logistics and contact our customer service at the same time.

8. About after-sales service:

Plastic products are low-value-added and low-priced consumables, so we do not accept returns due to quality issues once the product is sold. Our factory does not provide unconditional return services (the contract for foreign trade orders and gift orders will be subject to the actual contract).

Plastic products are fragile and breakage is inevitable during transportation. We will assume 60% of the responsibility.

Customers who speculate the size of the product based on their own assumptions and then request a return or refund will not be supported by us.
