About Shipping
1) Generally, products ordered and paid for before 17:00 can be shipped by express for small packages on the same day, and large items the next day. However, due to various factors, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on time. We will try to ship within 48 hours after payment;
2) Due to the large volume of company shipments, there is a possibility of product shortages or stockouts after the order is placed. We will strictly follow your order for shipment. If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone to communicate the handling plan.
About After-sales Service
1) After the goods are sent out, we will try our best to help you track the transportation status of the goods to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. However, as we choose to send by courier and logistics, we cannot control the specific arrival time. Please understand! If you have any questions, please contact us to handle.
2）Wholesale business has low profit margins. If you are not satisfied with the product or encounter issues such as damage caused by logistics, we do not accept refunds or discounts! Three percent is considered normal for transportation losses, please understand. The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility! 3) Our company goes through three inspection procedures when shipping: picking, verification, and packaging, to fully control the occurrence of short deliveries or omissions. Each order will have a detailed list sent with the goods. When receiving the shipment, make sure to count the goods in the presence of the courier! If there is a shortage, please contact us immediately! Do not wait until after signing to tell us that something is missing. Any problems after signing are the responsibility of the recipient! (If the guard signs for you, it is also considered as a receipt if it is not signed by the person himself)
About the exchange and return of goods
1) For products purchased at our store with quality issues, a return or exchange can be processed within seven days. Please contact our after-sales service first to facilitate our prompt handling of the return procedure; otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange! (A photo of the actual product is required for returns and exchanges.)
2) Before receiving the goods, please check the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please ensure that the goods are inspected before signing for them. If there is any damage, please inform us within the same day about the name and quantity of the damaged products, and take photos on site to send back to our after-sales customer service for processing. This will help us claim compensation from the courier.
