Answer: The grinder does not include ingredients, and the ingredients in the main picture, SKU picture, product detail page picture and video are only used for effect display.

What type of battery does the dry cell pepper grinder require, and can I use a standard battery?

Answer: You must use alkaline batteries!

An electric pepper grinder requires a battery that can deliver a momentary discharge of 3-4A. Alkaline batteries are considered power-type batteries and can meet the momentary discharge requirement. It is recommended to purchase equivalent quality batteries from brands such as Nanfu or Duracell to ensure smooth opening of the bottle.

3, Are there any factory information on the product packaging? I don't want customers to know where I get my goods from.

Answer: Our factory has two types of stock products with labeling methods, as follows:

【Cross-border Edition】English Packaging and English-Chinese Instruction Manual (without any information of our factory), owners who choose this version are suggested to apply their own labels.

【E-commerce Edition】English Packaging, Chinese Instruction Manual, Chinese Stickers (with Company Information)

Sticker content includes the product's voltage, current, execution standards, factory location, factory name, and certificate of quality, as prescribed by the State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection. It is recommended that online channel owners choose the e-commerce version.

Please note the version you need on the order, as most bosses need to take the goods back to label and resell them, so ...Orders without a note will default to the cross-border version and assume all responsibilities resulting from it.

How many minimum order quantity for electric pepper grinders (Logo/color/style)?

Answer: The specific quantity is determined according to different styles.

Custom LOGO orders usually start at 500 pieces, with the first order supporting small-quantity trial production.

Custom packaging is usually starting from 1000 pieces.

How long is the lead time for customizing a logo for the electric pepper grinder?

Answer: If the quantity is less than 2000, the production cycle is approximately:

Engraving: 3-7 days

Silk screen printing: 5-9 days

What materials can an electric pepper grinder be made of?

Answer: You can choose materials such as ABS, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and you can also mix materials according to your requirements.

7, how to customize a logo?

- Provide the Logo document (AI format or CDR)

- Choose the Logo Manufacturing Process (Available options include laser engraving, screen printing, label pasting, or other processes)

- Design rendering (effect rendering of the product with our company's designed Logo).

- Confirm the details (adjustments for logo position, size, etc.)

- Product production (will enter mass production after mailing the sample to you for confirmation, postage collect).

8. Return and Exchange Policy:

(1) Under the condition of not affecting the second sale, you can return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt without any reason. Please ensure that the original packaging box is returned together when returning to avoid damage in transit.

(2) For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

If there are any invoices and free gifts, please send them back together. If they are lost, they will be deducted at the market price.

（4）Customer's own reasons (address, phone number error, rejection, etc.) for the cost of logistics re-signing will be borne by the customer themselves.
