2. The integrated environmental protection boiler for gas uses a two-in-one structure of a gasifier and a boiler, using raw coal as fuel. By changing the furnace structure, clean combustion of coal is achieved. It divides the furnace space into a combustion chamber, a gasification chamber, and a burning chamber, and fuel combustion is carried out in stages in each chamber. First, coal enters the combustion chamber, and the gas produced in the combustion chamber (volatile matter and some CO, etc.) enters the gasification chamber, thus realizing the continuous conversion of coal-gasification-(semi-coking coal)-combustion-heat exchange. Volatile matter and CO produced by reduction in the combustion chamber are completely burned in the gasification chamber and burning chamber, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, handling the phenomenon of black smoke from the boiler, and achieving national environmental protection requirements for emissions.
