★★ About the shipping time limit: Due to the large number of styles and models we wholesale, as well as the trouble of packaging and ordering, it takes some time, so orders that have been paid for will be shipped as soon as possible within 1-3 days.

★★ Our store's shipping process: After the customer places an order and makes payment, the order is first marked as shipped by customer service. Then, the warehouse will handle the ordering and packing. The package is then sent to the courier station. The sales representative will scan the orders uniformly at night (so orders marked as shipped will temporarily not have a logistics record). Customers who cannot accept this should not place orders to avoid any disputes.

★★ When the order is in the shipped state but there is no logistics record yet, you cannot apply for a refund for any reason, as the order has already entered the shipping state. Customers who cannot accept this, please do not place an order, and do not create any disputes later.

★★ For urgent orders: Please note when submitting the order that you will pay the shipping fee for sending by SF Express. If there is a shortage of goods, please notify us in advance. If there is no note, we will ship according to our procedures. Please do not urge us for the slow logistics. Do not return the goods for this reason!!!

1. All orders shipped from our store come with a shipping list, which includes all the details of the missing goods for that shipment. Customers are requested to keep the shipping list until the end of the order's after-sales service period. The shipping list is also our store's proof of after-sales service. We will not handle any orders for missing goods or after-sales service issues without our shipping list (there is only one).

2. Our store has a wide variety of styles, but due to objective reasons, we cannot provide product-related certificates for each item. If you have any concerns, please do not make a purchase.

3. Regarding the short shipment: Due to the variety of styles, colors, and models, it is a normal phenomenon to have short shipments in wholesale. We will note the short shipments on the list, and we will not contact you individually before shipping. If you need to be notified in advance, please note it when submitting the order. If there is no note, we will ship according to the normal procedure. Please take a picture of the list with the note of the short shipment area and send it to the Alipay customer service. If there is no problem after we check it, we can directly process the refund and send a screenshot to you. For short shipments, we will directly refund and will not re-send! You cannot use this as a reason for return or exchange!

4. About wholesale: Orders of 100 yuan or more are considered wholesale at our store. If there are any quality issues with the products upon receipt, please take photos within 7 days after signing and contact our online customer service for processing. We will not accept claims after the 7-day period. Thank you for your cooperation!

5. Regarding the product: Due to the different craftsmanship, some materials may have an odor. As the product is handcrafted, there may be minor imperfections such as residual glue, small black spots, or minor scratches. These are not considered quality issues and cannot be used as reasons for returns or exchanges. If you are concerned, please do not purchase.

6. Regarding retail: Orders under 100 yuan are part of our retail series. The quantity of retail shipping products is not large. Please open the package and check the product before signing for it. If you find any problems or are not satisfied with the product, do not sign for it. Contact our online customer service to explain the reason and handle it. Non-quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If the buyer is not satisfied/does not like/does not want it for any reason, once the order is signed for, it is deemed to be proof that the buyer accepts the product without any problems. After signing, we will not accept any product after-sales issues.

7. Regarding color differences: In the product photography process, the colors of our products are personally shot by professional photographers. Due to the reasons of lighting and scenes or the different displays on the market, there may be some differences in patterns and colors from the actual products. The actual product is subject to the goods received, and it is not allowed to return or exchange the goods for color differences as a reason. We hope you understand!

8. Regarding Prices: All products in our store will be subject to price adjustments from time to time due to various factors such as raw materials. Orders placed before the price adjustment cannot be compensated for the difference in price.
