1. Glass and ceramic products do not support returns. The factory price does not include tax or freight. Please consult the customer service for freight charges.
2. If there is any damage or shortage of goods upon receipt, please write "Damaged" on the receipt and send the receipt with the signature to the customer service;
3、Please place damaged products together and take a photo to send to customer service for confirmation. After customer service confirms, the product value will be compensated [excluding shipping costs];
