Creation and Development (After-sales) Instructions

Shipping Agent Notice: 1. If the product is damaged upon receipt, our company will provide free replacement parts (limited to small accessories, not including the product's main body), and the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping and packaging (the replacement parts are not convertible to cash, and we are not responsible for cash compensation). If the buyer requests a return and refund due to damage, the shipping costs for the return shipment will be borne by the shipping agent. Note: If the product's main body is damaged, the customer will bear the costs.

2. In the event of incorrect or missing shipments of goods, our company will bear the cost of replacing the missing parts and postage (one free replacement is allowed. If the return is due to reasons such as the customer not answering the phone or natural disasters, the customer will bear the cost of postage for the second replacement).

3. For orders that apply for a refund after the delivery has been sent out, the shipping fee will be deducted (including the following situations: parcel interception, rejection, or due to other uncontrollable factors such as the pandemic or weather causing the return of the parcel).

4. In the event of a promotion or uncontrollable factors such as express delivery overload, if the express pickup time exceeds the standard, our company is not responsible for product compensation during this period.
