For orders intercepted or returned due to customer reasons, the face-up fee will be borne by the cooperating merchants. Orders shipped by the system will have the courier fees generated immediately. For orders that apply for return or interception, the amount will be automatically reduced by 2.5/3.5 face-up fees (face-up fees vary by region, please consult the customer service for details), without deducting the courier fees, the refund application will be rejected.
