1. Low-voltage light strips must be used with a 12V/24V transformer power supply. Do not directly connect to 220V voltage, or the light strip will be destroyed.
Due to the damage caused by incorrect voltage connection and cutting, the product is not eligible for return, exchange, after-sales warranty, or service.

2、Light strip 1 piece = 1 roll = 5 meters, the price is per meter (excluding transformer, which needs to be purchased separately). Once the product is cut and sold, there will be no quality problem and no return or exchange will be accepted for any reason.

3. Low-voltage light strips with 12V should not be connected in series for more than 5 meters, and those with 24V should not be connected in series for more than 10 meters. If you need to install longer lengths, please use parallel wiring.

4. LED strip chips are relatively fragile, so installation should be careful. Do not bend them forcefully more than 90 degrees, as this may easily damage the LEDs. At corners, it is recommended to weld sections separately, and for small-sized aluminum channels, insert them from both sides.
