Buyer's Notes

1. Before placing an order, please contact me to confirm whether the product is in stock to avoid any delays. Generally, the product is available. If there are stock products in the store, they can be shipped within 1 day after the buyer makes the payment. However, there may be special reasons, such as delayed delivery, and we will inform the customer in advance.

2. We only accept payment upon shipment and do not accept any pre-shipment payment! Welcome to use Alipay! Our store sells at actual prices and refuses to negotiate!

3. Due to the display, photography, and graphic design processes, there may be slight color variations in the product! The color is subject to the actual product!

4. Please complete the transaction within 5 days after purchasing the goods.

5. About returns and exchanges: All products sold by our store are non-refundable. We accept exchanges. We accept exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction, dislike, or other reasons. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the goods to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges after the deadline will not be processed.

6. About Fragile Items: The buyer personally receives the goods in person, checks them thoroughly, and signs for them. If there are any defects or damage is found, the buyer can refuse to sign and return the goods directly. We support returns and refund (limited to ZTO Express, other couriers do not refund the postage, and the buyer must pay the postage themselves). If the goods are signed for by others or not checked properly for any reason, the buyer is responsible for all problems.
7. After receiving the goods, if you are satisfied with this transaction, please don't forget to give us a positive review of support. If you are not satisfied or have any opinions or suggestions, please tell us so that we can improve!

Reminder: When you receive the goods, please carefully check the goods you have received against the model and quantity you ordered based on the packaging information. If there are any discrepancies or damage, you can reject the goods by noting on the receipt: 'Damaged goods, I refuse to accept' or 'Incorrect goods, I refuse to accept' and please call our company on the spot.
