Buyer's Guide

1. General eyeglasses are individually packaged in an OPP bag or seal bag. Children's eyeglasses are usually packaged in a box of 24 pairs (cardboard box), while other eyeglasses are usually packaged in boxes of 12 pairs/16 pairs/20 pairs (for detailed packaging details, please consult the customer service). Except for some high-end sunglasses, anti-radiation glasses, and children's high-end polarized glasses that come with packaging (please refer to the product details for specific information), those without packaging can be packaged if the customer needs. You can consult the customer service for additional charges.

2. Each product has a specified minimum order quantity, and products that support small-quantity wholesale can be mixed batch as long as the single order amount reaches 100 yuan or the total amount of five or more products. Mixed batch means that as long as the amount or quantity meets the specified requirements, there is no limit to the number of single items, and colors and specifications can be freely selected.

3. Please try to understand the product as much as possible before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please ask on Alibaba Messenger or leave a message, or leave a message for the seller when you place the order, noting it.

4. After the seller has confirmed the purchase, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped as our default by YTO Express. For SF Express and same-day delivery, the payment will be required upon delivery. If you need other courier services, please contact the customer service to make up the difference. If there are any places that cannot be delivered, please contact the customer service. For large quantities, logistics can be used.

5. Our store's products are generally in stock and can be ordered immediately. In case of stockouts, we will contact you promptly. Please ask for details about sizes and colors before placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings due to incomplete or inaccurate communication. If there is any inconvenience, please understand!

6. All the goods in this store are photographed with actual items. Due to the impact of shooting conditions, lighting, etc., there may be slight color differences between the actual items and the photos. Color differences caused by display screen differences or camera exposure issues are to be determined by the actual color and luster of the goods.

7. Our store supports a 7-day return and exchange policy for products with quality issues. We offer free exchange and refund, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller. For non-quality issues, if you wish to return or exchange the product (provided it is brand new, unused, and unaffected for resale), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. All exchanges and returns must be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the item must be returned within 72 hours. Any returns after this time will not be accepted.

8. When you receive the parcel, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure they are not damaged or short of quantity. If there are any problems, please refuse to accept them! Immediately contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt). Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and integrity of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers! 9. The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges: occasional small bubbles, scratches, minor imperfections, etc., which do not affect sales are not considered quality issues. All eyeglass factories cannot avoid such problems. There is no perfect product 100%. Defects caused by human behavior, product color differences, slow logistics, poor service attitude of logistics companies. Problems judged by buyers subjectively (such as: do not like, different from what I imagined, different from others, materials do not meet the imagination, poor hand feeling, looks no class, etc.). The color difference between the shipment before and after is due to the fact that the batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the product color is exactly the same as the previous batch. Do not want to sell, not good to sell, sell not moving, caught by the city management, cannot sell, and so on.

10. When using glasses, handle them gently with both hands, take them off with one hand and put them on with the other. First close the left side, then the right side. When storing your glasses, do not let the convex side of the lens touch hard objects. It is best to keep them in the glasses case. If the glasses get dirty, use a special resin lens cloth to wipe them. Since ordinary cloths have loose fibers, they are easy to get sand in, which will wear the lenses. You should not use a napkin to wipe them, but first rinse the lenses with clean water, and then gently wipe them with a special lens cloth.
