5. About After-sales Service

We will provide complete after-sales service. When receiving or picking up the goods, please inspect the goods first and sign the receipt, carefully checking the appearance of the items for any damage, and whether the quantity and accessories are complete. If there are any damage or shortage of goods, please do not sign the receipt, but contact the customer service first to explain the situation and let the logistics company personnel or courier personnel prove it before taking action. Otherwise, once the goods are signed, it represents the buyer's recognition of the goods, and the seller will not be responsible for any problems. If there are any quality problems with the goods, please contact us within three days of receipt, and we will not accept return applications for non-quality reasons.

6. About shipping, freight

Please contact us before purchasing to inquire about the goods you wish to purchase, including customizations, stock, transportation, and other details. Please note the color of the lock body and the type of keys required, as well as whether the locks are universal. This will enable you to accurately understand the product's condition and help to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. We respect our customers' needs and will send the specified express or logistics as requested by the customer. If the buyer does not specify a courier company or logistics company, we will decide whether to send by express or logistics based on the amount of the customer's order. If the buyer needs to pick up the goods from the logistics company, we will send by logistics.All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (including returns), and if you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service at any time.

Note: 1. By default, the furniture locks of this factory are not designed to be unlocked. If you need them to be unlocked, please specify this when placing your order.
 2. Our factory's default color is white (chromium), and if you need any other color, please specify it before placing your order.
 3. The factory defaults to furniture locks with rubber keys. If you need other keys, please specify before placing your order. Thank you for your cooperation. (Unit: Yuan per piece)

 Unlockable: Locks can be unlocked by each other, and one key can open multiple locks.
 Single-key: Each lock is unique and cannot be opened by any other key, requiring a separate key for each lock.
