Answer: 20 grams are thinner and the style is simple, so I do not recommend using 20 grams. 1 is too thin, and it is recommended to at least use 40 grams. The 40 grams and 75 grams for the hooded style, and the 75 grams and 105 grams for the button style are the most popular styles for outdoor activities such as concerts, marathons, etc. I especially recommend these styles.

Question: Why is the shipping so expensive? Can I send it by logistics?

Answer: Our default shipping fee is the price for sending a small amount of goods by courier. For large quantities, we can send by express delivery (delivery to the door or self-collection at the logistics center), and if you find the shipping fee to be too high, you can contact our customer service to request a price adjustment.

What should I do if there is damage? Can I return it for a refund? Who pays for the shipping costs?

Answer: Because the one-time raincoats are all hand-sewn by manual heat sealing, minor damage is considered normal. We will provide extra ones as replacements for damaged items. If there is extensive damage, we will either replace the items or provide a refund. Due to the low profit margin, we are unable to handle multiple returns for minor damage.
