I. Our Company's Commitment:
1. For any quality issues with the product itself, we offer a 7-day exchange service, with the service period being determined by our transaction records, the shipping label on the product, or the courier bill (Note: During the service period, please ensure that the label is clear, intact, and free from any intentional damage).
2. If the buyer is not satisfied with the products after purchasing them from our company, or does not want them, the buyer will bear the shipping costs, and we offer a return and exchange service. The time limit is within three days from the receipt of the goods. (Suggestion: Please the buyer confirm your purchase intention as much as possible before purchasing our products, to avoid any dissatisfaction or non-willingness after receiving the goods, which could lead to unnecessary expenses and troubles.)
Article Two: Warranty Regulations:
1. If the product fails due to normal use (Note: normal use refers to natural damage caused by the general user under normal use conditions, without intentional or negligent factors), it can be replaced with the same model for free within 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. During the warranty period, only warranty service is provided for product appearance damage, and the exchange warranty is invalid.
3. Under the following circumstances, the warranty and exchange service will automatically become invalid.
1. The product has been damaged due to incorrect operation, negligence, or unforeseen forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.).
2. The product has been repaired or modified by non-company technicians.
3. The product's body code or warranty label has been replaced, altered, or torn off.
4. Do not install, operate, or maintain as provided;
5. Severe damage or rupture in appearance.
Fourthly, handling of freight charges:
1. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our company for repair.
2. If the buyer finds a problem with the product upon receipt (within 72 hours after signing for the package), we will bear the cost of returning the product after exchanging it.
3. For any exchange or warranty service for our products after the purchase date, please note that the round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We refuse to accept any items that are sent to us with the buyer paying the shipping costs.
Friendship Tip:
1. To ensure the interests of buyers and sellers, it usually takes 1-3 days for sample production. Please note the schedule arrangements.
II. When the buyer places a large order, a 30% deposit is required to be paid in advance, and the balance of the payment should be settled before the entire shipment is sent.
