Buyer pays shipping costs

If the wrong style, color, or a large amount of unsolvable stains or damage are found on the goods, we will bear the shipping cost for sending them back to you. However, please note that if the damage is caused by human error or if the return is made without our staff's consent, any losses incurred will not be responsible for by our company.

All products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the data is measured manually. For returns or exchanges due to personal dislikes, such as not wanting or not being satisfied, or color differences, the shipping fee will be at your own expense.

The product is not eligible for exchange or return service if it has been soaked in water, contaminated with stains, or has any wear or damage that affects resale. Please do not send items for exchange or return with a collect on delivery (COD) shipping method.

Please fill in real and valid logistics information. It is recommended to leave a note or the original purchase shipping list in the parcel (indicating the purchase Alipay ID or order number).
