Due to the special nature of the action figure category, our store does not support a 7-day return policy with no reasons! We also do not accept return services due to reasons such as 'I don't like it' or 'I don't need it'! Please be cautious when placing an order, thank you!
To avoid unnecessary after-sales disputes, please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1:The most common problems with action figure models, such as flaking paint, gaps, glue residue, and scratches, are not covered by the after-sales service!!
Action figure models are not crafts, but are mass-produced products hand-painted and assembled on an assembly line. It is inevitable that there will be uneven color, smudging, and glue leakage, and we cannot guarantee that the action figure is flawlessly perfect!!
2. Problems with the transport of the action figure: The shop supports one time breakage replacement! Or return and refund,
The return shipping fee for items with no damage needs to be borne by the buyer, and the shipping fee for sending a replacement or resending the item from the shop is borne by the seller!
Please sign for and inspect the parcel upon delivery. If there are any defects, please take videos or photos and contact us immediately for handling. After 7 days, we will not process any after-sales service!!
