4. Sample Order: If a customer orders a custom notebook and needs to re-create a sample, and if such a sample is not available in our existing sample library, a 300 sample fee will be charged. Once the sample is ready, it will be shipped to the customer for inspection. The sample fee will be refunded to the customer or used as payment for the subsequent order.
5. Place an Order: You can pay through Alipay or make a 30% down payment to us. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the delivery;
6. Production: During the production process, if you have any special requirements, please inform our business personnel as soon as possible. If we encounter any issues that need confirmation in our factory's production, we will also contact you in time to discuss solutions;
7. Lead time: Our standard lead time is 7 to 15 days. During the peak season in the second half of the year, it may take a little longer. For urgent orders or special requests, we can negotiate separately.
