5. Working Principle:

Wire rope hand winch is a device that uses manual force to turn the handle, leveraging the principle of levers to obtain a straight line traction that matches the load, alternately acting on a clamping body of the mechanism to carry the load.

6. Usage Method

First, push the forward (reverse) handle towards the machine, and then push the loosening handle towards the front of the machine. The tip of the wedge can be inserted into the upper step of the shell body. At this time, the upper and lower clamping clamps in the front and rear clamping bodies will open. After the wire rope is passed (extracted), you can press and push the loosening handle forward and down to make the clamps clamp the wire rope (or reset) to be able to start the operation.

7. Caution:

When using the aluminum alloy steel wire rope hand winch, it is strictly prohibited to operate with overloading. Once the overload pin is automatically cut off, please replace the pin and then resume operation. Please strictly follow the operating instructions for use. The following are the use precautions:

1. Before using a hand-cranked hoist, it should be checked to ensure that the movement of the handles is smooth and that the friction points are lubricated. If the handle movement is abnormal, it should be repaired.

2. It is strictly prohibited to simultaneously turn the forward handle and the reverse handle during work.

3. Be sure not to move or loosen the handle during work.

4. To remove the steel wire rope, you need to first unload the load, and then turn the loosening handle.

5. Do not overload the use.

6. When performing high-altitude work, additional protective measures are required, otherwise the use is prohibited.

7. When hoisting a basket for high-rise construction work, the working load is 1/3 of the original load with additional protective measures. Operators need to add additional protective measures. If an accident occurs without the additional protective measures, the factory will not assume any responsibility.

8. Regularly inspect the condition of the steel wire rope, and if it is crushed, broken, or loose, it cannot be used.
