1. About Express Delivery

The shop will default to send by STO Express/China Post, if you need to send by SF Express, please contact the customer service to modify the price when placing an order.

The shipping fee for the product due to reasons such as customer-caused interception or refusal to accept will be borne by the buyer.

After the delivery arrives, it is necessary to inspect the goods before signing for them. If the product is damaged due to the courier, you can directly reject the delivery.

Section Two: Product Inventory

~Due to the fact that our store has offline physical stores, we are unable to achieve real-time inventory synchronization between online and offline, which occasionally results in stockouts of products. To ensure that it does not affect the customer's shopping experience, we will promptly inform customers if a product is temporarily out of stock and cannot be dispatched. Alternatively, customers are advised to consult with our customer service before placing an order to check the inventory status. Customers who have any objections or disagreements with this policy are advised to exercise caution when placing orders, as placing an order and making payment constitutes agreement to this term. 3. Shipping Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be arranged for shipment that same day, while bulk orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
