To ensure that customers do not run out of stock, customers with monthly purchases of 50,000 to 100,000 contact customer service to adjust the production quantity in time to avoid the problem of insufficient supply.

Semi-handmade and semi-mechanical products: All products in our store are semi-handmade and semi-mechanical, and there may be some imperfections. However, we will face all issues with sincerity.

Simulated plants: During transportation, leaves may fall off or be compressed, causing variations. These phenomena do not constitute quality issues; they can be restored to their original shape by using a hair dryer or steam.

Product Size: All products in our store are measured manually, and there may be some errors. The error is controlled within 1-3 cm, and the weight is controlled within 5 grams. Cross-border sellers with strict requirements for size, volume, and weight are recommended to purchase samples for measurement. Please understand.

Regarding color differences: All the images in our store are taken from actual products, and we strive to represent the true colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in shooting light, ambient lighting, and display pixelation, the colors may appear different. This is a natural attribute. Please understand if there are any color differences.

Shipping Rules: All products from our factory. The first batch or re-supply orders, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement, and orders of 200 pieces or more are supported for mixed batch purchases. We do not sell individually! We do not offer free sample shipping! If you are a friend of sample taking, cross-border, or offline trading companies, please contact our customer service and do not place orders without reaching the minimum order conditions!

 About shipping:

Regarding inventory: Due to our factory's main experience in offline operations, we sometimes cannot synchronize inventory. For urgent orders of essential items, please inquire with our customer service. Thank you.

About transportation: Our factory mainly experiences wholesale of simulated plants and leaves via online lines, and we ship large items. There are no significant discounts for courier services and no free shipping policy. Items weighing less than 15 kilograms can be shipped by courier. For items weighing more than 15 kilograms, we default to using a third-party small logistics company. Delivery can be selected from Anneng Logistics or Best Logistics, which is more cost-effective than courier services from Dehong, and the logistics information is available on the official website. If you have a specific logistics point, you can contact the customer service directly.
