1. High-intensity Flashlight Usage Instructions

It is recommended to fully charge the product before the first use to ensure that it performs at its best.

1. Installing the high-intensity flashlight battery: Twist open the rear cover, place the battery (positive terminal) towards the head of the flashlight, and insert it into the body of the flashlight. Then twist on the rear cover. While charging, the indicator light will be red. When the red light turns green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged, which takes approximately 10 hours.

2. To ensure the service life of the product, it is equipped with an internal temperature control system. If the temperature becomes too high, it will quickly switch to a cooling mode, which is a normal phenomenon. Simply adjust the intensity level once to restore the light intensity.

3. When the product's lighting becomes noticeably dim, please stop using it immediately and charge it. If the battery voltage drops below 2.8V, the low-voltage protection function will activate, causing the product to enter a protection mode, resulting in the lights not turning on when pressing the switch. In this case, you must charge the product before using it again. Charge with the original charger, as using a charger with incompatible charging parameters can affect the effect or even lead to safety incidents.

4. During the charging process, please keep the product away from flammable and explosive environments.

5. The product design has rainproof function, and it cannot be immersed directly or used for diving operations. Please charge the lamp that has been used for more than 2 hours in time (do not overcharge or overdischarge to avoid damage), so that the physical reaction within the lithium battery is in a good state, making the battery energy more durable.

6. When using the product, do not aim it directly at the eyes to avoid affecting vision (children should use it under adult guidance). If you need to use it for a long time, please charge the product once every two months if it has not been used for a long time.

7. Please operate strictly in accordance with the instructions and precautions, and do not disassemble at will. If improper operation causes adverse effects, the company will not assume any responsibility.

2. About Returns and Exchanges

1. Our store supports returns and exchanges for items with quality issues, and the seller will bear the round-trip costs for quality issues.

2. Returned due to incorrect shipment, after the buyer receives the goods, they find that the style number does not match the order, and the seller promises to provide a refund or exchange with no questions asked, and the seller will bear the return shipping costs.

3. Quality issues refer to problems such as the light not turning on after charging, or the battery not being able to charge (non-human-made causes), with a commitment to a no-reason return and exchange policy, and the seller bearing the return shipping costs.

The following circumstances do not allow returns or exchanges:

Damage or soiling after trial use, affecting resale (e.g., severe scratching of lenses due to human error). Returned in a random package without box packaging, leading to damage or soiling of the product.

Section 3: Warranty Service

This product is warranted for three years from the date of receipt!

All the following situations are not covered by the warranty. When repairing, the company will recover the cost of replacing the original parts.

1. Products beyond the warranty period.

2. Faults or damage caused by human error.

3. Unauthorized opening of the product causing damage.

Please send back the defective product along with the completed warranty card to our store by the day of receipt of this product. If you need to repair it, please do so and send it back with the warranty card. Otherwise, it may affect the warranty service you need.

Section 4: Manufacturer's Description 

All the goods sold in our store are directly sold from the factory source.

Regarding batteries, batteries are consumables and normal degradation due to use does not constitute a quality issue.

Regarding color temperature, the color temperature of LED chips exists within a range, which does not constitute a quality issue.
