Return and Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not due to quality issues. If you need to return or exchange an item, a depreciation fee of 2 yuan will be deducted for the packaging. If the item has quality issues or is a mistake caused by our side, we will offer a free exchange (requiring express delivery, and the return postage is the customer's responsibility, while the sending postage is our responsibility). If you choose to return directly, we can only refund the purchase price, and we will not be responsible for the return postage. We do not accept returns with a 'pay upon arrival' option.
The shopkeeper explains: "I believe that no manufacturer would allow customers to open the packaging one by one to inspect the goods when they go to the physical store to pick up their orders. We all do the same thing: we look at the appearance and if there are no problems, we take the goods home. If there are problems, we send them back to exchange them. So the same principle applies here. If there are any quality issues with the bags you have purchased in bulk from our store, you can send them back at your own expense, and we will pay for the shipping to exchange them for you. Therefore, I hope you can understand this rule. If you cannot accept it, please feel free to avoid it. We just hope to have a pleasant cooperation with you and avoid unnecessary disputes."
Quality Definitions:
The fabric has a noticeable hole.
B is obviously asymmetrical on both sides (except for the style). If there is any significant size or length difference.
C has obvious stains or dyeing (measured by a diameter of 1cm). You can apply for a return within 3 days of receiving the goods (starting from the date of signing the receipt), after which no claims will be accepted! The returned goods must be brand new and unused, cannot be washed, cannot be damaged by human intervention, and must maintain the original packaging and complete accessories. The original seal must be returned. We do not accept items with a courier's payment on delivery. Otherwise, no action will be taken!
The following conditions do not fall within the scope of quality issues for exchanges:
1. Odor Issue. (Some fabrics may have a peculiar odor due to special processing. Some warehouses may have an odor due to storage.)
2. Loose threads or open stitches in some areas (repairable)
3. Light-colored fabrics with minor stains (can be washed off during production and sales processes)
4. Fabric quality or transparency (there is no standard, it depends on personal perception and expectations, and there is no clear definition. Please understand.)
5. Used and washed goods cannot be exchanged.
6. If you do not contact us and provide a reason for the return, we will not process the item that you send back without permission.
7. Regarding printing issues, it is a normal phenomenon that some printing may exhibit blurring or uneven patterns during mass production. This will not be treated as a quality problem.
8. All bags with edge oil that have edge oil parts falling off are not subject to quality issue processing for dyeing (erasability).
9. Color difference issues are not subject to quality problem handling.
The differences in fabric texture, fineness, thickness, etc., caused by different batches, are not treated as quality problems!
