The size of the goods received is uneven each time. When the specified size of the product you purchased is temporarily out of stock in our warehouse, we will ship the product in a larger size. For example, if you purchased a 3-4cm turtle this time, we will send a 4-5cm one. The next time you purchase a 3-4cm product, we will send it to you when the stock is sufficient. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same size every time you purchase the same specification.
Received a question about the turtle being inactive and not eating.:When you just receive the turtle and it doesn't move or seems inactive, don't immediately assume it has died and throw it away. This is not a sign that the turtle has a problem; it's just that the turtle is frightened from the long journey and is hiding in its shell, too scared to come out. In this case, you can first let the turtle rest for 1-2 hours. Alternatively, you can use warm water (about 20 degrees Celsius) to cover the turtle's back shell for about 10 minutes. If the turtle still doesn't move after soaking, you can immediately contact our customer service to verify and handle the situation. The temperature of the water for the turtle to eat is about 28 degrees Celsius (the water temperature should be about 5-10 degrees Celsius higher than the air temperature). Only when the air temperature consistently reaches over 30 degrees Celsius will the turtle slowly start to eat.
