About shipping:
Stock: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 24 hours (1 day). Essentially, if an order is placed and paid before 1 PM, the goods will be sent that same day. (Excluding weekends.) In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together and send them out. Suppliers support mixed batch orders of at least one piece.
Customization: (1) Payment Method: 30% deposit is required as a down payment (full payment is required before shipping).
Delivery cycle: Customized products require a production order, with a production period of 10 working days and a shipping period of 20 working days. Please do not urge the shipment.
Courier Logistics: Our default courier is YTO, Yunda, Huitong, etc. If you need other couriers, please contact our online customer service. If the courier does not arrive or if you urgently need the goods, please contact the customer service to change to SF and postal express. For large goods, please inform the customer service of the logistics company address and the name of the transport station near you for transport. This will help you pick up the goods in a short time and at a nearby location. Please note, we cannot control couriers and logistics. Please do not use the service attitude and arrival time of couriers and logistics as the basis for our evaluation. Thank you!
About payment, the buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, which guarantees the payment. When the buyer confirms the receipt of the goods, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay. If the buyer does not receive the goods or the goods do not meet the requirements by the due date, they can submit a refund application to protect their rights.
About receipt: Please ensure that the person himself signs for the goods upon delivery. If the person signs for the goods, such as family members, friends, or gatekeepers, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to sign directly with the delivery personnel.
About after-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for exchange. After this period, we will not accept your request. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges, regardless of personal dislikes, significant differences from the images, dissatisfaction, or not meeting expectations due to subjective reasons. For buyers, the products they purchase are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. However, if there are objective quality issues such as rust or peeling of paint, we will always provide a refund or exchange.
