1. What is the product used for?

Answer: This product can be used for making milk, coffee foam, etc.

How many minimum order quantities are required for an electric milk frother (Logo/color/style)?

Answer: The specific quantity is determined according to different styles.

  Custom LOGO orders usually start at 2000 pieces, with the first order supporting small-quantity trial production.

  Custom packaging is usually starting from 2000 pieces.

3, How many batteries are needed, and can ordinary batteries be used?

Answer: You must use two AA-size alkaline batteries.

Alkaline batteries are classified as power-type batteries and can meet the instantaneous discharge requirements mentioned above. It is recommended to purchase equivalent quality batteries from brands such as Nanfu or Duracell to ensure smooth operation.

What materials can an electric milk frother be made of?

Answer: You can choose materials such as ABS, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and you can also mix materials according to your requirements.

How long is the lead time for customizing a logo for an electric milk frother?

Answer: If the quantity is less than or equal to 4000, the production cycle is approximately:

  Engraving: 3-7 days

  Silk screen printing: 5-9 days

6, how to customize a logo?

- Provide the Logo document (AI format or CDR)

- Choose the Logo Manufacturing Process (Available options include laser engraving, screen printing, label pasting, or other processes)

- Design rendering (effect rendering of the product with our company's designed Logo).

- Confirm the details (adjustments for logo position, size, etc.)

- Product production (will enter mass production after mailing the sample to you for confirmation, postage collect).

7. Return and Exchange Policy:

(1) Under the condition of not affecting the second sale, you can return the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt without any reason. Please ensure that the original packaging box is returned together when returning to avoid damage in transit.

(2) For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

If there are any invoices and free gifts, please send them back together. If they are lost, they will be deducted at the market price.

（4）Customer's own reasons (address, phone number error, rejection, etc.) for the cost of logistics re-signing will be borne by the customer themselves.

8, Regarding the Invoice:

If you need to issue an invoice, please contact the online customer service when placing your order. The following invoice information is required:

（1）电子发票：公司抬头+税号+接收邮箱" Translation: "（1）Electronic invoice: Company's head office + Tax number + Receiving email

(2) Tax invoice: Company's name and address, tax number, bank account information, company address, and contact number

9, Does the product packaging have factory information? I don't want customers to know where I get my goods from.

Answer: Our factory has two types of stock products with labeling methods, as follows:

【Cross-border Edition】English Packaging and English-Chinese Instruction Manual (without any information of our factory), owners who choose this version are suggested to apply their own labels.

【E-commerce Edition】English Packaging, Chinese Instruction Manual, Chinese Stickers (with Company Information)

Sticker content includes the product's voltage, current, execution standards, factory location, factory name, and certificate of quality, as prescribed by the State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection. It is recommended that online channel owners choose the e-commerce version.

Please note the version you need on the order. Since most bosses need to take the goods back to label and resell them, orders that do not specify will be set to the cross-border version by default, and all responsibilities arising from this will be borne by the customer.
