Our store defaults to using [ZTO Express], and for large items, we default to using logistics. For specific arrangements, please contact our customer service!

【Time】

Our store stops shipping at 17:00 daily. After you make an order and pay, we will first print the shipping label and arrange it to the warehouse, then package and ship it. Most orders can be shipped the same day they are ordered. In case of a waiting list or stock shortage, our company will communicate with you in time to inform you of the expected delivery date. You can also leave a message to urge the shipping process.

【Emergency】

In the event of a peak in orders, our store will ship according to the order placement sequence. In the event of special circumstances, shipping may be delayed. If you need it urgently, please contact our customer service immediately!

【Service】

We support domestic sales/cross-border one-stop shipping and OEM custom service!

【Exchange or Return】

If you need to exchange or return the goods or have any questions about the product, please contact customer service immediately after receiving the goods. Do not return without authorization!

"【Signature】

To avoid causing any inconvenience to you, it is recommended that you personally sign for the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged or cracked, please take photos to inspect the goods. If the product is damaged, please take photos and refuse to accept it, and contact customer service.

Distribution with shipping and handling included orders

To ensure the quality of your after-sales service, we recommend that you inspect the goods upon arrival. If the product is damaged or otherwise affects its saleability, please contact us immediately. We will take full responsibility for any issues that are our fault. If you reject the return shipment unilaterally, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept returns of any items that are paid on arrival. Please communicate with us before returning the product.

A product supported by one-time distribution supports 8-day free return and exchange without any reason, and the cost of return and exchange is at your own expense. Some one-time distribution products are shipped with free shipping, and after-sales services should deduct the shipping cost, which is generally 4-8 yuan (the specific amount is subject to the customer service communication). Any after-sales service can be communicated to solve, and the agent with malicious negative comments will be permanently cancelled for life!

All special requirements/custom orders (engraving/printing/branding, etc.) will be handled by our dedicated personnel after confirmation of your needs. The page's effectiveness is a conservative reference. In the event of any special circumstances, we will notify you in time. During the custom operation, the order does not support a refund only. If you insist on a refund, the cost of damage will need to be deducted based on the situation (subject to actual communication).

A. The goods must be free of stains/scratches/loss of packaging or damage that does not affect normal sales.
