【Time】

The store stops shipping at 17:00 every day. After placing an order, it will generally take 8-48 hours to complete the shipping. If there are any other circumstances, the store will notify you immediately. If you cannot be contacted in time, please contact the online customer service by yourself. For bulk orders, the shipping time and arrangement should be subject to the warehouse's scheduled delivery date!

【Emergency】

In the event of a peak in orders, our store will ship according to the order placement sequence. In the event of special circumstances, shipping may be delayed. If you need it urgently, please contact our customer service immediately!

【Exchange or Return】

If you need to exchange or return the goods or have any questions about the product, please contact customer service immediately after receiving the goods. Do not return without authorization!

About after-sales service

We assume the freight charges.

Buyer pays shipping costs

If the wrong style, color, or a large amount of unsolvable stains or damage are found on the goods, we will bear the shipping cost for sending them back to you. However, please note that if the damage is caused by human error or if the return is made without our staff's consent, any losses incurred will not be responsible for by our company.

All products in our store are photographed with actual items and measured by hand. If you refuse to accept or return the product for subjective reasons such as not wanting it, not being satisfied, or color differences, the shipping fee will be at your own expense. The price with free shipping includes the shipping fee, which is 4-8 yuan per order. If you refuse to accept or return the product, please deduct the shipping fee from the shipping fee.

The product is not eligible for exchange or return service if it has been soaked in water, contaminated with stains, or has any wear or damage that affects resale. Please do not send items for exchange or return with a collect on delivery (COD) shipping method.

Please fill in real and valid logistics information. It is recommended to leave a note or the original purchase shipping list in the parcel (indicating the purchase Alipay ID or order number).
