If you have a specific courier company, please contact the customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will choose the default courier company to send.
Cargo Transportation Logistics:If your goods are quite heavy (over 30 kilograms, or from non-Yangtze River Delta regions), we strongly recommend that you use road freight logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, shipping a 10-kilogram item to Shenzhen, the courier fee is typically between 40-50 yuan, whereas road freight costs only 10-15 yuan. The time it takes to receive your goods from logistics and courier services is similar. After the goods are dispatched and delivered, the forwarding department will call you to pick up your goods at the designated forwarding point. Generally, you need to collect your goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
