Our company currently defaults to using YTO Express; for more urgent items, we support sending by SF Express with an additional fee, and you can contact our online customer service for more details!
Our company is a custom shop, and the shipping time for custom orders is subject to the agreement between both parties; it usually takes 2-8 days to ship. All orders will undergo strict quality inspection before leaving the warehouse. There may be a small number of substandard and replacement items that cannot be shipped on time. Our company will arrange to send the goods that have been finished to you first, and the products with substandard quality will be rushed to send to you.

Before the courier leaves the scene, please check the goods according to the order. If you find that the quantity is incomplete or the goods are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will help members handle the relevant after-sales matters. If it is impossible to check the goods when the courier is present, please verify the parcel within 2 days after the parcel is displayed and signed. If there is a discrepancy in the number of goods and the shipping list or the goods are not the same as the order, please take photos and weigh the goods immediately to keep the record. The necessary evidence includes: 1. Take photos of the shipping list 2. Take photos after all the goods are arranged 3. Weigh all the goods and packaging together. If you cannot provide evidence, the consequences will be borne by the member.

【关于 color difference/size】
1. The size is measured manually ±1cm, which is a normal phenomenon. Due to the differences in the background, light, and computer monitor color restoration, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and does not constitute a quality problem. The goods are subject to the actual item. Those who are very concerned about color differences and minor flaws should carefully consider before making a purchase.
