Seller Order Instructions
Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there are quality issues with the products due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a product exchange. The transportation costs for the exchange must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are the factory prices. Although our quality inspectors strictly check the products before, during, and after production to ensure that the quality is 100% perfect before shipment, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.
1. Minimum Order Quantity
General products are only available at the retail price, but for products that require a minimum order of a case or more, we will inform you during the negotiation! We will try our best to meet the buyer's requirements (provided that we can meet them as much as possible, not necessarily in full accordance with the buyer's requirements), please understand!
II. Product Pricing.
Directly report the factory price (without tax invoice, without freight, without any additional charges), for customers outside our region, we will arrange the shipping for you, and you can specify the logistics/cargo/courier service, etc. The freight can be collected upon delivery or paid on behalf of.
Three, After-sales Instructions for One-time Distribution
Product quality issues will be covered by our store for any costs incurred by the customer after-sales. For any after-sales costs incurred by the customer due to non-quality issues, the distributor is responsible for them.
Fourthly, Payment Method:
Payment Method: Payment on Arrival (POA) (1. Bank Transfer; 2. Alipay payment is limited to "Immediate Payment"). If the order requires a certain amount of time to produce, a 30-40% deposit is required first, and the balance must be paid in full the day before the shipment.
5. Shipping Time
After the buyer's payment or deposit arrives, the goods will be arranged, which usually takes 1-3 days. Due to some orders requiring stock preparation (which requires production by the manufacturer), please customers ensure to place their orders as early as possible according to actual conditions to avoid difficulties in scheduling during peak periods, which may affect their sales. After the goods are fully prepared, they will be shipped according to the transportation method confirmed by the customer with the customer service staff. If there are any delays in the delivery of some products, the business staff will also notify the customer in advance, and the customer can choose to replace or cancel the out-of-stock products.
Sixth, Receiving Standards:
1. Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods on the spot. If there is any error, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, signing the receipt after that will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. Our toys are of good quality and affordable, and they are really worth the money. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and not of high-quality materials, which is different from what they expected, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. There is no perfect product in the world, and too picky buyers should avoid this. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is considered normal... (Please understand)
Section 7: Transportation Instructions
All products are sold at the factory price (i.e., the price at Chenghai delivery)! We will ship for our customers from other places! We can ship to the freight station specified by the guests, and the freight will be paid upon arrival!
