 Feather hair clips: during the production process, some loose feathers may be accidentally included in the packaging. If there is a shortage or damage, please do not sign first. Please contact us for consultation first. （3）关于退换货的问题？

Answer: If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, please communicate and negotiate with the customer service. Since the damage caused by the return of the product is large, the bulk goods are refunded at 80% discount. (Note: The return of the goods is borne by the buyer, and if the product is free shipping, the shipping fee at the time of our shipment will be deducted). Return requirements: within 7 days after the express delivery is signed, the goods are complete in packaging, do not affect the secondary sales, and there must not be signs of opening and using. The buyer bears the round-trip freight, and we will inspect the goods upon receipt. If there is no problem, we will arrange the refund as soon as possible. All losses caused by the poor packing of the buyer will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer does not bear, it will be rejected. The battery box insulation plastic sheet must be inserted well. If the battery box does not have a plastic sheet, it will not be refunded. Products such as fairy wands and veils that have been assembled and used cannot be refunded. If the box is opened and inspected, the goods will be deducted from the payment if they do not meet the requirements.

Answer: Cardboard boxes are relatively fragile, and the bumps and indentations on the arrival boxes are normal phenomena. There is a possibility that the outer box may be damaged, but the contents are not damaged. Please open the goods for inspection and sign for after receipt. The product rate of imperfect goods is about 5% (including poor contact of the light wire, electronic leakage, light wire breakage, etc., and plastic products may have indentations due to express delivery compression, and the factors such as hand-glued accessories falling off are all within the normal range). No return or exchange will be provided. Long-term customers can accumulate more and exchange them in a unified manner, and do not support individual replacement. If you buy once and ask for exchange or return once, you need to bear the freight costs yourself. Refusing to accept individual imperfect goods and demanding refund or bad evaluation threats is not allowed. If you pursue perfection, please be cautious when purchasing.
