1. About Shipping:
1. Orders paid before 3 PM will be shipped as soon as possible, with a general shipping time not exceeding 48 hours. 2. Our company cooperates with courier companies: YTO Express and Huitong Express. (If you need to specify other courier companies such as SF Express, additional freight charges will apply, please contact our customer service for details. If the quantity of goods is large, we can send them by logistics. Please confirm with our customer service.
Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or damaged, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage or quality problems, please do not sign or take away the goods first. Contact us on the spot or at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, signing after the receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, if the confirmation of receipt is more than 7 days, due to the damage and loss caused by the return of the product, the refund will be subject to a 20% discount. If it exceeds 1 month, we do not provide a return and exchange service for goods without quality problems. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. 2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
For buyers who return defective or damaged items, we will reimburse them 5 yuan for the courier fee. Any excess fee must be borne by the buyer. For wholesale customers who have been purchasing for a long time, they can accumulate a certain number of items and return them through logistics consignment. We will bear the direct logistics costs to Yiwu. The profit margin from wholesale volume is too low, and we all share the business risks. Please understand.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
