Product quality issues require the buyer to cooperate by sending back a total of 10 pieces for a refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by our side (limited to domestic).

3】Default shipping method is YTO Express. If there are any areas that YTO Express does not reach, please inform us in advance. The shipping fees generated after placing an order are already set. After placing an order, please make the payment directly without any shipping fee negotiation. If the buyer does not inform us in advance and the parcel cannot be delivered due to this, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

4】After the order is paid, the goods will be shipped within 72 hours (under special circumstances, such as holidays, there may be delays). Please do not urge the order within the normal shipping period. For provinces outside the province, it takes 3-5 days; for remote areas, it takes 5-7 days. This effectiveness is only for the reference of buyers and will not be used as a reason for after-sales service.

5】Non-cleanroom production, minor foreign bodies less than 1mm inside the dial are not visible and the timekeeping is normal, which is considered acceptable. Buyers with high standards for goods (such as department store specialty stores, high-end gift shops, etc.) should confirm with us before purchase if the product meets their requirements. If it does not, please exercise caution in your purchase.

All products are transparently packaged in OPP bags, and the prices do not include table boxes or any accessories.

If there is a shortage of goods, please feedback within 24 hours after receiving the goods. If there are any quality issues with the products, please feedback within 36 hours after receiving the goods. Our company checks all products before shipping.

1. Please do not bring your watch close to magnetic objects.

2. If there is any water intrusion (air in the system), it should be immediately sent to the maintenance point for cleaning to prevent corrosion of the mechanism;

3. If there are protective film or stickers on the back of the watch, please remove them before use, otherwise, sweat will seep into the protective paper, causing the back of the watch to rust.

4. Please do not expose your watch to various solvents and various chemical substances, or the watch case and strap may become discolored or corroded due to erosion.

5. Watches (limited to quartz watches) can operate stably and accurately within the temperature range of 5°C to 35°C. Temperatures exceeding 50°C can lead to battery leakage or shorten the battery life. Please do not leave the watch in a low-temperature environment of -10°C for a long time, as cold air can cause the time to slow down or speed up. When the watch returns to normal temperature, the operation will return to normal;

6. Watches can be classified according to their water resistance into diving watches, waterproof watches, and non-waterproof watches. The water resistance of a watch is achieved through the use of waterproof gaskets at places such as the crystal, case back, and crown, which meet certain standards, and are divided into different levels:

(1) Sweat-resistant: very straightforward, simply preventing sweat from entering the watch.

(2) General waterproof (WATER-RESISTANT): means it's okay if you occasionally get a little water, like if you accidentally get water on your hand while watering a plant, don't worry, just take it off and wipe it clean, and it'll be fine. In short, it's designed to protect against the occasional small splashes in daily life.

(3) 30米防水 (30M, 3ATM, 3BAR): A watch with the word "30M" on it is waterproof, suitable for daily bathing or use in rain, but mainly to prevent the movement from being damaged by dust and moisture. The explanation for 30m waterproof is that each square centimeter area can withstand 3 kilograms of pressure, which is equivalent to the pressure of a depth of 30 meters in static state, equivalent to the pressure of 3 atmospheric pressures. For us ordinary consumers, we just need to remember that 30m is the most basic and primary waterproof watch.

(4) 50米防水 (50M、5ATM、5BAR): The watch with the "50M" mark indicates a 50-meter water-resistant watch, which is the true meaning of a waterproof watch in consumers' minds. It can be used for swimming and general household tasks. Remember not to adjust the watch in water.

(5) Diving watches (100-meter water resistance, 200-meter water resistance, 300-meter water resistance, etc.): These are professional waterproof watches that can be used for underwater activities such as swimming and diving.
