Due to the risk of damage during transportation of the color box packaging, those who choose the color box option for the shower head will not be packaged in the box. The color box needs to be folded and packaged by yourself after receiving it! If you have any questions, please consult the customer service! Those who do not need the color box should choose the specification without the box, and the shower head will be defaulted to bubble bag packaging!!! 

Buyer's Note:

1. Our factory adheres to the business philosophy of integrity. All products are sold at actual prices, and you can place orders directly. If you have any questions when placing an order, please contact us before placing the order to get a clear answer before making a purchase.

2. The production of hoses is processed according to customer requirements. Generally, we will ship within the next day for orders of a thousand pieces or less, and within three days for larger quantities. If there is a delay in shipping due to the peak sales season or the lack of spare parts, we will inform you in advance.

3. The prices of our products are factory prices and do not include shipping fees or tax. For orders of 800-300, we recommend using express delivery (with logistics tracking information), and for orders over 3000, we suggest using logistics dedicated lines, which are more economical. There is no delivery tracking record and you need to self-collect. For more details, please consult our customer service.

4. After the shipment, it usually takes 2 to 7 days for the goods to arrive, depending on the distance and the logistics company. The seller cannot guarantee a specific arrival time. If you need the seller's help to check the logistics progress, feel free to contact us at any time. When the buyer picks up the goods, please check the packaging for damage before signing. If there is any damage, please do not sign and contact us in time.

5. Our products are guaranteed for 3-5 years depending on the grade within the specified usage conditions. Small factories sell at low profit margins. If there are any quality issues with the products, we offer a full refund or exchange without any economic compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

Warranty Statement: If there are any quality issues with this product within the warranty period, we will support a return or exchange if the quality problem occurs within 30 days from the payment date. The return shipping costs will be borne by our factory. If the issue occurs after 30 days, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the problem is within the warranty scope and requires free maintenance, any replacement parts will incur costs, which will be borne by the buyer.
