1. Inflatable products support customizations, please contact customer service for more details. Most of our products are in stock, and for customers with large orders (single item amount over 500,000), please contact customer service to confirm the inventory.

2. The swim ring pattern is the default new model. If you need a specific pattern, please contact customer service to confirm. If you place an order independently, the default pattern will be random. Thank you for your support!

3. Special Reminder: There will be size errors in inflatable products. Long-time customers who often purchase inflatable products are aware of this. If you are looking for perfect size, please look elsewhere. Inflatable products have a certain rate of damage, which is usually within 3%. Sometimes, if a customer buys one or two items and one of them leaks, this is a matter of probability. Our leakage rate is the result of testing 10,000 products.

4. Our products are 100% inspected, but due to the special nature of inflatable products, no manufacturer can guarantee that they will not leak. You may receive products that are all airtight, or you may receive several that leak. Please be aware of this.

5. This swim ring does not come with a warranty originally. In order to establish a longer-term partnership, we offer a replacement service for quality issues, with the shipping costs to be borne by the customer. We prefer to be upfront about this to avoid any accusations of dishonesty.

6. Our swim rings are sold in bulk without inflatable tools. If you need an air pump, please purchase it separately from our store.
