Wholesale Explanation

1. Product wholesale: minimum order quantity is 500 yuan, and the later replenishment is 300 yuan; orders that do not meet the minimum order standard will be subject to an additional 10 yuan operating cost fee.

2. All 7-day refundable products are subject to a single price tier (excluding products with orders waiting for shipment).

2. Transaction Process

1. Customers select goods, place orders, and make payments (if you have any questions about product information or other matters, please contact customer service for consultation).

2. Upon receiving the payment, the goods will be dispatched according to the customer's requirements (if the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to inquire about their preference for a replacement item, a different color, or a refund for the individual product).

3. After the goods are checked and sealed, they will be shipped within 2 days, depending on the customer's selected method. If there are holidays, events, etc., the shipping date will be postponed by 3 days.

After the shipment, we will leave a message for the client via SMS, Alipay, etc., and inform them of the shipping order number.

III. Transportation Instructions

All product quotes do not include shipping, freight, or taxes (these three items are the customer's responsibility to pay). Customers can choose between logistics and courier delivery methods.

1. If there are any quality problems with the product, and if there is a warranty card, the warranty shall be in accordance with the provisions on the warranty card.

2. The attached product photos are all taken from actual products. Due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be color differences from the actual items. Such issues do not fall under quality problems. The color of the product is subject to the actual item received. For some products, due to product upgrades or quality improvements, the product information may not be updated in time. 3. All product prices are subject to the current day's settlement price, and product prices may fluctuate due to raw material price increases without prior notice.

4. If you have not received the goods 10 days after payment, please call to inquire to avoid any unexpected incidents.

5. If the customer has any questions after receiving the goods, they can contact the corresponding customer service who they consulted when purchasing the product to handle after-sales issues.

5. Return Policy

1. Please verify the documents and goods immediately upon receipt of the customer. If there are any questions, please contact customer service for processing. If there is no objection after 3 days of arrival, it will be considered as the completion of the transaction. Refunds for goods without quality problems will not be accepted. If there are any damage or quality problems caused by the transportation process and the need for return or exchange, please contact customer service for processing.
