 Default shipping method for self-collection without shipping fee is by logistics. If there are many figures or the distance is far, we suggest customers request a wooden crate to prevent damage or loss during transportation. If there are many products in the order and no wooden crate is used for logistics shipping, and damage occurs due to logistics transportation, the store is not responsible for compensation.

   We need your dear presence when the courier arrives to ensure that you personally inspect the goods for any damage, leakage, or deficiencies during the logistics process.
